Data that will be deleted

After verification, Hostly will delete or anonymise account and profile information, contact details, preferences, uploaded profile content, and other personal information that is no longer required to provide the service or meet a legal obligation.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained where reasonably required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes. Access to retained records will be restricted and they will be deleted or anonymised when the applicable retention period ends.

Deleting specific data without closing your account

You may use the same email address to request access, correction, or deletion of specific personal information without closing your entire account. Whether a particular record can be deleted depends on applicable legal and operational requirements.
